Operational records
Replace fragile spreadsheets with clear data-entry flows, ownership, status, history, and views built around the process.
Workshop by Pierline
Turn a clearly described process, spreadsheet, tracker, or backlog item into a focused application that your team can test privately and publish inside Microsoft 365.
WHY WORKSHOP
The people closest to a process usually understand what the software should do. The traditional gap is turning that knowledge into a reliable application. Workshop lets a team describe the users, records, decisions, permissions, and outcomes in normal language, then generates a working version for review.
Reference files and SharePoint context can be added when the application needs existing terminology or source material. Each request becomes an iteration rather than a new project plan.
A generated application is prepared on a private SharePoint test page. The team can use it, identify what needs to change, and continue iterating without exposing an unfinished version to the intended audience.
WHAT IT HANDLES
Replace fragile spreadsheets with clear data-entry flows, ownership, status, history, and views built around the process.
Connect records to dashboards, trends, exception flags, recommendations, and the decisions teams make from them.
Choose the release page and intended SharePoint audience, then publish the exact version that completed the review path.
MICROSOFT 365 NATIVE
Workshop applications run inside the organization’s SharePoint environment. SharePoint and Entra remain the authorities for user identity and access rather than introducing a separate public application account.
We’ll show how it moves from a plain-language request to a governed SharePoint application.
